User Management

Viewing All Users

  1. Navigate to User Management

    Go to the User Management page

    Or click User Management in the sidebar under Administration

  2. Filter Users
    • Use the organisation filter dropdown
    • Filter by "All Organisations" or select a specific organisation
    • View count updates automatically
  3. User Information Displayed
    • Name with "You" badge for your own account
    • Email with organisation badges
    • Role (Admin, Standard User)
    • Status (Active/Inactive)
    • Created date
    • Last login timestamp

User Actions

For each user, you can:

  • Edit User (pencil icon)
    • Update email, name
    • Change password (requires current password)
  • Delete User (trash icon)
    • Permanently removes user account
    • Preserves audit history
    • Cannot delete yourself
    • Confirmation required

User Permissions

Organisation Admin Can:

  • View users in their organisation only
  • Create users in their organisation
  • Edit users in their organisation
  • Delete users in their organisation
  • Create and manage invitations for their organisation
