Managing Organisations

Viewing Organisation Details

1. Go to Organisations Page

   Navigate to the Organisations page

2. Click on an Organisation

   Select any organisation from the list to view details

3. Organisation Detail Page

   This page shows:

   • Total Users: Number of active users in the organisation
   • Total Assets: All assets belonging to this organisation
   • Approved Assets: Assets that have been approved
   • User List: All users with their roles and status
   • Recent Activity: Latest actions within the organisation

Organisation Statistics

Each organisation displays key metrics:

• Total Users: Excludes platform owners (they're not organisation members)
• Total Assets: All assets regardless of state
• Approved Assets: Only assets with "approved" status
