Creating Organisations
Organisations are the top-level entities in the Pharma application. Each organisation can have multiple users and manage their own assets.
Step-by-Step: Create an Organisation
- Navigate to Organisations Page
Go to the Organisations page
Or click Organisations in the sidebar
- Click "Create Organisation" Button
Located in the top-right corner of the page
- Fill in Organisation Details
- Organisation Name: Enter a unique, descriptive name
- The name should reflect the company, department, or entity
- Submit
Click Create Organisation
- Confirmation
You'll see your new organisation in the list with:
- Organisation name
- Creation date
- Active status
- Initial statistics (0 users, 0 assets)
What Happens After Creating an Organisation?
- The organisation is immediately active
- You can now add users to this organisation
- The organisation appears in your organisations list
- Organisation admins can be assigned to manage it
