Creating Organisations

Organisations are the top-level entities in the Pharma application. Each organisation can have multiple users and manage their own assets.

Step-by-Step: Create an Organisation

1. Navigate to Organisations Page

   Go to the Organisations page

   Or click Organisations in the sidebar

2. Click "Create Organisation" Button

   Located in the top-right corner of the page

3. Fill in Organisation Details
   • Organisation Name: Enter a unique, descriptive name
   • The name should reflect the company, department, or entity
4. Submit

   Click Create Organisation

5. Confirmation

   You'll see your new organisation in the list with:

   • Organisation name
   • Creation date
   • Active status
   • Initial statistics (0 users, 0 assets)

What Happens After Creating an Organisation?

• The organisation is immediately active
• You can now add users to this organisation
• The organisation appears in your organisations list
• Organisation admins can be assigned to manage it
